According to the position of May, 2013, the number of subscribers ported to MagtiCom made 162, 000.
This is three times as much as the number of subscribers having left MagtiCom as a result of porting.

If a subscriber wishes to change a service provider operator and use MagtiCom's communication service in future he must visit any of MagtiCom offices and fill the application form (for an individual or an entity).

A subscriber, having properly filled the application, chooses a brand and executes an agreement upon which he receives MagtiCom's SIM-card of the chosen brand. The agreement becomes valid immediately upon successfully completing the porting process. The service is free of charge.


Attention:

•    the application should be properly filled in
•    The portable number should be under the ownership of the applying person
•    the last porting should be determined by at least 30 calendar days 
•    any existing indebtedness should be covered prior to the porting of the number
•    in the case of rejecting the porting the application may be filled anew upon curing the reasons having caused the reject.
•    The number shall not be ported if there is a parallel portability application placed with another operator.
•    The porting process of a subscriber number should be completed by the receiving operator within 3 working days upon receiving the written application


! In the event a number is cancelled (terminated), such number shall be returned to its initial owner operator. Therefore it shall be impossible to restore it with the receiver operator.
