MONO is the name for Magti GSM prepaid card, and it enables you to place the necessary sum  on your account at any time. It is a simple procedure, sparing both your time and strength.

MONO will enable you to plan your phone-related expenditures as you wish. MONO cards with three different nominations - GEL 30, 60 and 120 - will help you in doing so.
 

How to Use MONO

Forget your bills and your time wasted in queues: just buy a card with the nomination you wish, scratch silver cover, read 12-digit unique code, dial 444 on your mobile to call MONO Service Center, listen to the instructions given by answering machine and dial the 12-digit code on your phone. This is the procedure to activate MONO, after which the amount shown on the card will automatically be placed on your account in GEL. You will be rendered service within the limits of the sum available on your account.

Service Center 444 will answer you during 24 hours. The call is free and possible even when your outgoing calls are disconnected.

What Benefits will you Get from Purchasing MONO

- You will be released from paying subscription fee;

- You may call Service Center by dialing 444 any time of day and night and activate MONO. You can also check the balance on your account, the duration and cost of your last call and the date of credit expiry;

Please Remember

Movement on your account is fully automated. In order to use your mobile phone you must pay  service charge in advance, i.e. purchase MONO with the nomination you wish and activate it.

Please pay attention to the following terms:

- if you have fully used your advance sum and have not activated new card yet, the Company will allow you to receive calls for 5 days more;

- if no advance is made within 25 days after the disconnection of incoming calls, the number shall automatically become null and void. Your SIM shall become invalid with no possibility to  reactivate;

- remember: you must use the advance sum within 60 days from the activation of MONO or activate a new card, otherwise it shall be annulled. If you activate a new card within the 60-day period, the amount corresponding to new card, shall be added to the sum remained on your account, and the expiration term of cumulative sum shall be calculated from the day of activation of new card.

When a few days are left till the expiration of the 60-day period, you will, after each call, be given the exact expiry date of credit period;

- 12-digit code of MONO must be entered within 1 minute;

- if 12-digit code of MONO is dialed incorrectly 5 times running, SIM-card shall be blocked. The reconnection of the SIM (number) shall be effected after 48 hours;

- MONO has its service life like anything else, which is shown by activation deadline on the reverse of the card. The date you activate MONO must not exceed the date shown on it. Otherwise the card shall become invalid.

Rounding Rules

With MONO a 30-second increment is used, e.g. if you spoke for 1 minute and 20 seconds, you shall be charged for 1 minute and 30 seconds. This rounding rule applies to the calls made within Georgia as well as to CIS and international calls.
