Statement regarding change of service provider

MagtiCom to become A-Net Ltd and Delta-Net Ltd service provider from March 1, 2017

From March 1, 2017, A-Net Ltd, Delta-Net Ltd, and Delta Comm Ltd will stop providing services to customers. From this date, service will be delivered by MagtiCom. 

Reorganization is currently in progress. A-Net Ltd and Delta-Net Ltd will merge with Delta Comm Ltd. Simultaneously, all retail and corporate assets of Delta Comm Ltd will be transferred to MagtiCom.

Both the merger of the two companies with Delta Comm Ltd and the transfer of the retail and corporate assets to MagtiCom are to be completed by March 1, 2017. Thereafter, a new settlement of accounts will apply.

From March 1, 2017, MagtiCom will substitute Delta Comm, A-Net and Delta-Net services i.e. cable internet, IPTV, fixed line telephone, VOIP, and collocation and hosting services, and will take on all duties and liabilities stipulated by the existing agreement between you and the service provider.

The change of service operator and the process of reorganization and asset transfer will in no way affect service provision.

From March 1, 2017:

• MagtiCom will render uninterrupted service to you
• Service will be provided at MagtiCom offices (at any office in Tbilisi and at some regional offices)
• Payment method will remain the same
• Hotline numbers will remain unchanged

Important note for customers to consider upon payment 

From March 1, 2017, the prefix 0101 will be added to the Delta-Net subscriber number, making it a 9-digit number.

From March 1, 2017, the prefix 0202 will be added to the A-Net subscriber number, making it a 9-digit number.
