MagtiCom is temporarily closing some of its offices
As a preventative and security measure for its employees and customers, MagtiCom is temporarily closing some of the offices.
Starting from 19th of March, only three offices in Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi will be open for the whole week to provide appropriate services during emergencies.

We remind you that the offices are equipped with special disinfection fluids and are cleaned appropriately twice a day.
MagtiComs offices are equipped with electronic (noncash) payment systems. In case of cash payments, antiseptic liquids are provided.

MyMagti App - Which functions as a Magti office on your smartphone. From anywhere, at anytime customers are able to top-up their own and others' balances, check their balance, buy/automatically renew desired packages, pay by card and more.
USSD – (*111#OK ) Allows you to remotely access Magti services on your mobile phone.
Hotline - Offers customers a 24-hour service, including holidays. 110011 is accessible from any network and is free from Magti.
Web-Chat (online help) and Facebook Messenger – Operates every day from 9:00 till 24:00 and gives its users access to Magti’s services.
WebPage – Magticom’s official trilingual webpage allows its users to obtain desired information and services.
