Instructions for using a blank SIM card

You can use Magti’s blank SIM card to:

  • Purchase and activate a new number;
  • Port into the Magti network;
  • Change the SIM for your number.

For this, it is necessary to be registered in the MyMagti app.

Download the app

In order to purchase a number, change the SIM card or port into the Magti network, it is necessary to go through the identification procedure.

Instructions:

User registration:

 
  1. To begin the registration enter your number or e-mail.
  2. Enter the code that you receive on the number or email.
  3. Enter and repeat the password.
  4. Accept the T&C of the portal and a MyMagti user is created.

 

User identification procedure:

 
  1. Open the app menu and search for "Settings".
  2. Click "Identification".
  3. Enter the security code, read and accept the user identification T&C, and click “Next”.
  4. Enter the activation code received on the number/e-mail.
  5. Select the document type you want to use for the procedure.
  6. Correctly place the document in the frame.
  7. Place your face in the oval.
  8. The identification procedure is successful.

 

Purchase a number:

 
  1. Open the app menu and select "Online Order",
    Or use the "Online Order" tab bar icon.
  2. Select "Purchase a number".
  3. Enter the desired combination of numbers in the box and indicate the price range. Then click the "Check" button.
  4. Select the desired number.
  5. Read and accept the documents.
  6. Select "Blank SIM card" and enter the number indicated on the Blank SIM card, press “Next” and the number will be activated.
  7. If you choose a number with a fee, the cost can be paid with any bank card.
  8. Enter your bank card details and click “Buy”. After the payment is through the number will be activated.

 

SIM card change

 
  1. Open the app menu and select "Online Order",
    Or use the "Online Order" tab bar icon.
  2. Select “SIM card change”.
  3. Go through the identification procedure.
  4. Select “Replace the SIM with a physical SIM card”.
  5. Enter the number indicated on the Blank SIM card, and security code and click “activate SIM card”.
  6. When the SIM card is successfully changed, an "Operation completed" notification will show up.

 

Number porting

 
  1. Open the app menu and select "Online Order",
    Or use the "Online Order" tab bar icon.
  2. Select “Number Porting”.
  3. Select a current network operator, enter the number to be ported, and select the number of days in which you want the porting to be completed.
  4. As a porting method, select "Blank SIM card", and read and accept the additional information.
  5. On the next page fill in the data of the number owner.
  6. Enter the number indicated on the Blank SIM card, the security code and click “Next”.
  7. Please, review the correctness of the information.
  8. Read and accept the T&C, enter the code that is sent to the porting number, and press “Confirm”
  9. The porting request has been sent, please wait for the decision.
  10. To check the porting status, open the list of added numbers on MyMagti.
  11. Select the number to be ported.
  12. The porting status is displayed.
