Instructions for using a blank SIM card
You can use Magti’s blank SIM card to:
- Purchase and activate a new number;
- Port into the Magti network;
- Change the SIM for your number.
For this, it is necessary to be registered in the MyMagti app.
Download the app
In order to purchase a number, change the SIM card or port into the Magti network, it is necessary to go through the identification procedure.
Instructions:
User registration:
- To begin the registration enter your number or e-mail.
- Enter the code that you receive on the number or email.
- Enter and repeat the password.
- Accept the T&C of the portal and a MyMagti user is created.
User identification procedure:
- Open the app menu and search for "Settings".
- Click "Identification".
- Enter the security code, read and accept the user identification T&C, and click “Next”.
- Enter the activation code received on the number/e-mail.
- Select the document type you want to use for the procedure.
- Correctly place the document in the frame.
- Place your face in the oval.
- The identification procedure is successful.
Purchase a number:
- Open the app menu and select "Online Order",
Or use the "Online Order" tab bar icon. - Select "Purchase a number".
- Enter the desired combination of numbers in the box and indicate the price range. Then click the "Check" button.
- Select the desired number.
- Read and accept the documents.
- Select "Blank SIM card" and enter the number indicated on the Blank SIM card, press “Next” and the number will be activated.
- If you choose a number with a fee, the cost can be paid with any bank card.
- Enter your bank card details and click “Buy”. After the payment is through the number will be activated.
SIM card change
- Open the app menu and select "Online Order",
Or use the "Online Order" tab bar icon. - Select “SIM card change”.
- Go through the identification procedure.
- Select “Replace the SIM with a physical SIM card”.
- Enter the number indicated on the Blank SIM card, and security code and click “activate SIM card”.
- When the SIM card is successfully changed, an "Operation completed" notification will show up.
Number porting
- Open the app menu and select "Online Order",
Or use the "Online Order" tab bar icon. - Select “Number Porting”.
- Select a current network operator, enter the number to be ported, and select the number of days in which you want the porting to be completed.
- As a porting method, select "Blank SIM card", and read and accept the additional information.
- On the next page fill in the data of the number owner.
- Enter the number indicated on the Blank SIM card, the security code and click “Next”.
- Please, review the correctness of the information.
- Read and accept the T&C, enter the code that is sent to the porting number, and press “Confirm”
- The porting request has been sent, please wait for the decision.
- To check the porting status, open the list of added numbers on MyMagti.
- Select the number to be ported.
- The porting status is displayed.
If the request on porting has been refused, please contact your current network operator for details.
