Another violation of the Communications Commission and an attempt to mislead the public

As the outdated technology of Magti Fix no longer allows to maintain the service, MagtiCom was forced to request revocation of the Magti Fix license. As required by law, the company has submitted relevant request.

The decision of the Communications Commission of March 11, 2021 - amending the terms of the Magti Fix license, is a flagrant violation of the legislative requirements. The reduction of the license fee for the obsolete technology, from GEL 16 million to GEL 161 000, despite the Communications Commissions deliberate effort to promote it as a positive development, cannot be considered as such. Especially, when it is based on a clear violation of the law.

The illegal decision of the Communications Commission of March 11, 2021 will be appealed in court by MagtiCom.
