Recently, there has been an increase in cases of telephone and online fraud. Fraudsters are contacting customers on behalf of Magticom through phone calls, SMS messages, and emails, using various schemes to mislead them and obtain their personal and banking information.

Please exercise extra caution:

• Do not trust calls from unknown numbers solely because the caller claims to be a MagtiCom representative;
• Do not open suspicious links received via SMS or email, especially if they ask you to make a payment or enter your personal information;
• Do not share your personal, banking, or other confidential information over the phone, via SMS, or online;
• If you receive any suspicious communication, verify the information only through Magticom’s official communication channels.

As soon as a specific fraud incident is identified, Magticom promptly takes appropriate measures and blocks such telephone numbers and websites.

Do not trust unknown sources without verification!
