Mobile number blocking service
If you lose your SIM card or your mobile device, you may use the “Mobile number blocking service”.
The number can be blocked/unblocked:
- Via MyMagti app
The service can be used by the number that is logged in, however if you are logged in with different account, then you need to go through the identification procedure. - By calling the Hotline
The service can be used by the legal owner of the number after the going through an identification procedure. - At the MagtiCom office
The service can be used by the legal owner of the number after providing the ID card.
The number may be blocked for up to 30 days.
The number must be unblocked within the 30 days, otherwise the number will be terminated (on the blocked number the contract will be suspended).
The service is free.
- When you block a number the service will be completely suspended, as well as the service and subscription fees;
- The purchased packages or bonus units will expire according to the validity date;
- The number must be unblocked within the 30 days, otherwise the number will be terminated;
- You may check the block expiration date in a Magti office, by calling the hotline, or via MyMagti app;
- To block a corporate number please, contact your company’s personal manager.
