Hiding Your Number

Hide or display your number when calling a recipient.

To hide your number:

• Activate the service by dialing 443 25 47
  
  Or via MyMagti app 
• Service Deactivation: 443 74 52 

One-Time Number Hiding

To hide your number for a single call, use the following format when dialing: #31# followed by the recipient's 9-digit number.
Please note that when you dial normally, your number will be visible to the recipient (it will not be hidden).

Permanent Number Hiding

• Permanent number hiding, with the option to show your number for specific calls, can be activated via your phone settings or by contacting the hotline: 032217000 | 110011 (calls are free for MagtiCom subscribers).
• If permanent number hiding is activated and you want your number to be visible for a specific call,dia *31# followed by the recipient's 9-digit number.
• If you wish to activate full number hiding, after which you will no longer have the option to display your number for specific calls, please contact the hotline: 032217000 | 110011 (calls are free for MagtiCom subscribers).

Additional Information

• If the recipient has an active number identification service, your number may still be identified or appear in their call log.
• If you use the SMS secretary service, note that in case of a missed call, your number will not be displayed if the addressee does not have the number recognition service enabled;
• You cannot use this service if your account balance is zero or negative, as the subscription fee cannot be deducted.
