Porting requires a Magti SIM-card, which is available for free at any Magti office.
Note that the cost of aneSIM is 10.

Please note:
If the subscriber number is terminated it will return to the original operator, thus, it is impossible to restore the number with the receiving operator.

Who can receive the SIM card while porting?
When porting remotely, the recipient of the physical SIM card or eSIM can be the legal owner of the number, as well as any other person, if this person goes through the identification procedure when filling out the porting application.
However, when porting request is made non-remotely, the recipient of the SIM card/eSIM must be the legal owner of the number.
When will the porting be completed?
Porting will be carried out within 1 working day after registering the porting application (receiving the SIM card). When the porting application is registered remotely, then within the time selected by you - within 1 to 5 working days after registering the porting application (receiving the SIM card).
What are possible reasons for refusing to port the number?
Porting a number is not possible if:
  • The number is registered in different person’s name other than the applicant, or the owner of the number is unknown;
  • There is a past month’s debt accrued on the number and/or service restriction is placed due to the current debt;
  • 30 days have not passed since the number joined the network (became a subscriber) or since the last porting;
  • The applicant has already submitted porting application to another operator.
Can I resubmit the porting application?
You may apply again:
  • If you have tended to the reasons of refusal;
  • If 30 days have passed since the last porting of the number.
Does the number change when porting?
No, the number stays the same.
How many times can I port a number?
A number can be ported an infinite amount of times if 30 days have passed since the last porting.
Is it possible to cancel the process of porting?
It is possible to cancel the process of porting unless there is 1 hour left until its completion. To cancel the porting process you must visit any of the MagtiCom offices.
