Service terms

You may only use VoIP service if you are our IPTV and/or fiber-optic internet customer connected with FTTH technology.

 

Number’s status and due dates
Active
  • When Magti’s IPTV and/or fiber-optic internet account is active (or while using credit), you may use VoIP’s 3/5 GEL bundles/packages.
  • When Magti’s IPTV and/or fiber-optic internet account is partly disconnected, frozen, or both services are paused, and VoIP’s account balance is positive, you may only use “standard tariffs”
  • When only one service is paused and other is active you may use VoIP’s 3/5 GEL bundles/packages.
Partly disconnected
  • When Magti’s IPTV and/or fiber-optic internet account is partly disconnected, frozen, or both services are paused, and VoIP’s account balance is not positive, VoIP is partly disconnected.
Terminated
  • When Magti’s IPTV and/or fiber-optic internet account is terminated.
