Due to damages caused by severe weather conditions across Georgia—particularly in Tbilisi, Kakheti, Imereti, Samegrelo, and Adjara—a significant number of Magti subscribers are currently experiencing temporary service disruptions with their fiber-optic internet.

Our technical teams are working in emergency mode, and some of the issues have already been resolved. However, given the scale of the damage and additional challenges posed by the weather, responding to all cases within the standard timeframe remains difficult.
