What is AI MagtiChat?
AI MagtiChat is a chat assistant based on generative artificial intelligence that processes your messages and provides online consultations. The service is built on the Google Cloud Vertex AI platform and uses the Gemini API
This service is used solely for responding to user inquiries and providing prompt online consultations.
What data is processed?
When using AI MagtiChat, solely for the purpose of responding to user inquiries and providing online consultations, the following data voluntarily provided by you within the chat may be processed:
- The text of your messages;
- Your mobile phone number / UID / service identifier;
- Technical metadata necessary for the functioning of the service.
Recommendation: Please share only such personal information in the chat that is necessary to process and resolve your request.
Identification and provision of personalized information
If a user requests personalized information related to their service, Magticom uses a one-time password (OTP) mechanism sent to the phone number through which the service is provided and/or which is associated with the relevant service account (contact number).
The use of an OTP code is necessary to verify the user’s identity and serves to ensure data security.
Purpose of data processing
Your data is processed solely for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries;
- Providing online consultations;
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the service.
Important: The data is not used for automated decision-making related to the user’s rights, that produce legal or other similarly significant effects for the user.
Automated nature and human involvement
Responses provided by AI MagtiChat are generated automatically and do not constitute direct communication with a human operator.
Artificial intelligence does not make legal decisions regarding users’ rights and obligations; therefore, its use does not result in any legal or other significant effects for the user.
When using the online chat service, you may choose to use AI MagtiChat (the AI-based chat assistant) or contact a human operator ( company representative).
Responsible and authorized parties
LLC “Magticom” acts as the data controller.
Google participates in the data processing process as a data processor.
Your data is processed using appropriate organizational and technical security measures, in compliance with international data protection standards and the requirements in force in Georgia.
