You can get information about MagtiCom’s services and terms through variety of means: Website, Hotline, MyMagti App, USSD Menu, Webchat and Facebook Messenger.
Hotline - offers round-the-clock service, including the holidays. It is possible to call 110011 or 0322170000 from any network, while calls from Magti network are free.
Webchat (online help) and Facebook Messenger - you can get access to the information online - every day, from 09:00 until 24:00.
MyMagti app – is like Magti office in your smartphone.
Any time, any place, the simplest way to: Top up, check the balance, transfer money, activate services/packages, set automatic reactivation, make card payments, activate/change IPTV and fiber-optic internet packages, temporary suspend the service, view statistics and detail statement, purchase a modem, SIM card, remote controller, etc.
USSD menu - (*111#OK) allows you to receive Magti services via your mobile phone.

MagtiCom Offices – You are welcome to any of our 50 offices (in Tbilisi, as well as regions) and 87 community centers.
